You can use the form on the World of Webring homepage, which is what I'd recommend, or if you are completely excited about the thought of using an HTML form on a Geocities page (ummm, OK), we can do that, too. I just can't promise you that it will work, as code does periodically get updated by Ringlink, but it's there for you if you want it. I don't judge. Whatever makes your day. I will remind you, though, that you need to ask me to open the ring for you before you apply to it. I do welcome applications, but they come in so infrequently that checking to see who's in the queue on a regular basis wouldn't make sense, and if I left this thing open, that's what I'd have to do out of courtesy for my applicants, so instead I'm asking you to send me a message. No big deal.
